how do you do all this without getting buff? i would htink that all these excersizes will be bad for the body, as well as decrease speed and just add more mass on your body? wats the trick to keeping a normal body look?

No way, we do 2 to 3 sets of 10 pull ups, more or less considering someone’s ability.
Keep up the training, Phra JAO uay phra pon- God bless from Ao Nang Krabi South Thailand.

Training in Thailand is AMAZING, there are so many places to train, I have been all over Thailand and as long as you are humble and respectful the Thais will teach you and it is an AMAZING ONE in a LIFE Time experience.
Ao Nang Gym Stadium has fights every Friday night, last card we had 5 knockout fights, the South Thais are crazy fighters and the Paradise Sea here makes things SQEEK.
