Ok, for me I am focusing on my legs, how high can I jump before they give out and quit. We someone is in shape you can do (3) sets but your legs are done for the day. After this workout we do 100 kicks & 100 knees and then knee clinch sparring.
you should lift your arms too, it changes the coordination pattern, better for your strength.
