Body Weight x 15 exercise time/day x 3.5

so for example, if your weight is 120 pounds and you average 15 minutes of moderate exercise a day, then you should have 1,800 52.5 = about 1,850 calories.

Once you know that, any diet plan that tells you to go lower than roughly 75% of that number every day is probably not going to be losing you weight in a healthy way, and if you’re losing weight too fast, it’ll all come back when you’re done, and be much more difficult to get through.

Why are you the way you are? There’s all kinds of answers, many of them not your fault, but ultimately how you live determines how you look… there’s no fast track to cheat your body.
